A union vote at an Apple retailer on the Cumberland Mall location in Atlanta is doubtful after the union making an attempt to arrange the retail staff withdrew its request for an election.
The union, Communications Employees of America, alleged in a press release that Apple has violated labor legal guidelines and made a good election unattainable.
